Terms And Conditions
This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Expert9 (“Expert9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent (“you” or “your”) governing your access and use of the Expert9 platform (“Platform”) and any other products or services provided by Expert9 through the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you represent and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Platform for any purpose.
1. Changes to this Agreement and the Platform
Expert9 may update or change this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
2. Account Registration
To access the Platform, you must create an account with a unique username and password (“User ID”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your User ID. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update any information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID.
3. Your Use of the Platform
The Platform is provided to allow users to [describe the purpose of the Platform]. Your use of the Platform must be consistent with its intended purpose. You agree to provide only true, complete, and accurate information and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized use of the Platform is prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account. By using the Platform, you may upload or provide content or information. You grant Expert9 a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, and worldwide license to use any data, information, records, and files that you provide to the Platform for the sole purpose of providing and developing the Platform. Expert9 may remove any content that you provide in its sole discretion.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
A. Framing, Mirroring, or Incorporating the Platform: You shall not frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate the Platform or any part thereof on any commercial or non-commercial website without prior written authorization from Expert9.
B. Unauthorized Access or Monitoring: You shall not access, monitor, or copy any part of the Platform using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process without express permission from Expert9.
C. Violation of Security Measures: You shall not violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Platform or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Platform.
D. Excessive Load: You shall not take any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Platform’s infrastructure.
E. Deep-Linking: You shall not deep-link to any portion of the Platform for any purpose without prior written consent from Expert9.
F. Removing Legal Notices: You shall not remove any watermarks, labels, or other legal or proprietary notices within the Platform.
G. Modifying the Platform: You shall not modify or attempt to modify the Platform, including any modification to disguise or change any indications of the ownership or source of the Platform.
H. Unauthorized Sharing or Multi-Person Use: You shall not use the Platform as part of any service for sharing, lending, or multi-person use without authorization from Expert9.
I. Circumventing Security Features: You shall not attempt to, assist, authorize, or encourage others to circumvent, disable, or defeat any of the security features or components, such as digital rights management software or encryption, that protect the Platform.
J. Unauthorized Distribution: You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, perform, transmit, license, or circulate in any form any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Expert9.
K. Creating Derivative Works: You shall not create adaptations, translations, or derivative works based on the Platform, in whole or in part, or decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without authorization from Expert9.
L. Violation of Intellectual Property Rights: You shall not use or access the Platform in a manner that violates the rights (including, but not limited to intellectual property rights) of any third party.
M. Inappropriate Content: You shall not upload or transmit through the Platform any information, images, text, data, media, or other content that is, in the sole judgment of Expert9, offensive, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or that violates any laws. You must promptly notify Expert9 of any known or suspected activity within your account or through your login credentials that may constitute a Prohibited Use.
5. Suspension and Termination
Expert9 may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Platform without notice if you violate this Agreement or engage in any prohibited activity. You may also terminate your account by providing Expert9 with written notice. Termination of your account will not affect any other rights or obligations under this Agreement.
6. Ownership of Platform
Expert9 owns all right, title, and interest in the Platform and all intellectual property rights therein. You acknowledge that you have no ownership or other rights in the Platform except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
7. Privacy
Expert9 collects, uses, stores, and shares certain information as described in the Expert9 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. [Include additional privacy policy page link]
8. Third Party Websites
The Platform may provide links to third-party websites. Expert9 does not endorse or control the content of any third-party websites and is not responsible for their quality, accuracy, or legality
